To set up SinglePlatform menus on your Mira screens, you'll need to enter your SinglePlatform Business ID. Mira is working with SinglePlatform make this process simpler, but for now we can help you get that Business ID. Please make a support request and include the following information:
- Your business or organization name
- The email address you use to sign into SinglePlatform
- Your business's physical address
- Your business phone number
Once you make this request, Mira's support team will coordinate with SinglePlatform to provide your Business ID within 1 business day. That Business ID can then be used to display any menus associated with the same SinglePlatform account.
