If you've run into a bug or problem with your Mira service, we'd love a chance to make it right—please email firstname.lastname@example.org or schedule a video call with our support team to let us know how we can make Mira a better fit for you.
If Mira just doesn't meet your needs or you need to cancel for some other reason, email email@example.com with a subject like "Please cancel my account". We'll provide a prepaid FedEx label you can use to return your MiraLink hardware.
Once we receive your MiraLink hardware, we'll cancel your subscription. If you requested to cancel within your first 30 days of service, you'll receive a refund for all charges. If you are cancelling your account before the end of your contract, you may be charged an early termination fee in accordance with the Mira Terms of Service.
