We aim to respond to support requests within one business day, but one thing can get in the way of that: spam filters. We recommend whitelisting emails from email@example.com to make sure our answer to your urgent support request isn't eaten by your spam folder.
The first step to take is adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book. In most cases, this should prevent your email service from sending our replies to spam. But there are some additional steps you can take with common email providers to be extra certain.
If your email provider offers filters, like Gmail, we recommend setting up a filter to make sure our replies go straight to your inbox. Just create a filter with emails from email@example.com as the trigger, and select "Never send it to spam" or the equivalent. (You can also use the filter to star it, mark it as important, or apply a label to it.) In Gmail, that will look something like this:
In Yahoo! Mail, you'll need to tell the filter exactly where you want the email to go—usually your inbox:
